It features thermostatic controls for faster heat recovery. The 4000 Watt elements distenses heat evenly throughout the 1” thick polished steel griddle plate. Adjustable thermostatic controls provide easy and safe operations and precise temperature control. With a 150F to 450F adjustable temperature range, you have enough power, and leeway to accommodate any recipe in your electric countertop griddle.
