The Antunes SDC-500 9100532 heated merchandiser employs steam to warm stored food using tap water, keeping it moisturized until it's ready to be served. It has a solid-state thermostat that can be set between 150 and 165 degrees Fahrenheit, enabling staff to program the cabinet based on its contents. To improve product presentation, the cabinet’s five 11-inch sliding shelves can be adjusted for height and angle. Because it is made of stainless steel, this unit won't quickly rust or corrode.
