Description
The cold food bar accommodates five food pans in its 773⁄4-inch-wide by 305⁄8-inch-deep by 343⁄8-inch-high structure. The bin is designed to hold food pans surrounded by ice to keep product cool. To slow ice when it's melting, this unit is insulated with fiberglass, and when it melts, a 1-inch drain streamlines water removal. It comes with an undershelf to hold supplies, and its removable cutting board offers room for food preparation. Made of stainless steel, this unit is durable enough to withstand commercial use.
