Kitchen Design
Designing a custom kitchen can be complex—especially for first-time business owners. Whether you're planning to open a food truck, food cart, bakery, or restaurant, it's essential to start with your kitchen layout before purchasing equipment or signing a lease. Many entrepreneurs make the costly mistake of securing a space first, only to discover later that their equipment doesn’t fit or meet code requirements. We're here to help you avoid that setback. Our team specializes in designing efficient, high-performing commercial kitchens tailored to your menu, workflow, and goals. Think of it as building a profit-generating machine, custom-made to fit your vision. And the best part? We’ll guide you through the entire process in just 6 simple steps. Let’s design your dream kitchen—the right way, from the start.
Let's Design Your Kitchen
STEP #1 What Will You Serve?
To provide an accurate equipment recommendation and custom quote for your project, the first step is identifying the type of food you plan to serve. Your menu directly determines the equipment required to meet health, safety, and operational standards.
Take a moment to define your core offerings. Once we understand your menu, we can tailor a solution that aligns with your specific needs and ensures a smooth, efficient setup. Need guidance? We're here to help every step of the way.
Step #3 Power Source
Selecting the right power source is a critical step when outfitting a custom kitchen—whether for a new build or an existing location. The power setup directly impacts which equipment is compatible, as well as long-term energy and cost efficiency. Our team of experts will work closely with you to determine the most efficient and cost-effective power solution for your specific needs.
We’ll also provide all the necessary technical specifications and power supply information to ensure a seamless installation process. Let us help you build a kitchen that performs—without wasting energy or money.
Step #5 Equipment Quote
Once all the necessary details for your custom kitchen have been gathered, our team will promptly begin preparing your personalized quote. You’ll receive a comprehensive proposal outlining pricing, equipment availability, and estimated lead times for your review and final approval. Our goal is to deliver a clear, accurate, and timely quote—so you can move forward with confidence.
Step #2 Maximum Capacity
The number of people you plan to serve at peak times plays a key role in selecting the right equipment for your operation. For example, a location serving up to 30 guests may only require a 36-inch flat griddle, while a business serving 100 or more guests will likely need a 60-inch griddle or larger to keep up with demand.
Understanding your maximum service capacity allows our team to recommend equipment that ensures efficiency, consistency, and customer satisfaction. Not sure what size you need? Our experts are ready to guide you.
Step #4 Measurements
Our experienced team will provide precise measurements for all equipment to ensure a proper fit within your existing or new custom kitchen space. This includes confirming that each item can be safely delivered through your entryways and installed correctly within your layout.
Upon request, we can also prepare a detailed equipment drawing that includes all dimensions. This document can be shared with your architect or contractor to assist in developing your final blueprint. Our goal is to make your setup seamless—from planning to installation.
Step #6 Payment & Delivery
Once your invoice has been finalized, we will move forward to the payment phase, where you’ll have the flexibility to choose between financing your order or selecting from one of our available payment methods. Our team will walk you through the options to ensure the process is smooth, secure, and tailored to your needs.
